I am a lecturer of Genome Evolution – a course for MSc students which I established at Charles University
I was the coordinator and host of the annual Ecological Seminar Series – a combination of guest speakers and student presentations at the Department of Ecology, Charles University
I participated in teaching Practices in Genetic Methods in Zoology – MSc course at the Department of Zoology, Charles University
I taught Practices in Zoology
a) field course to teach students identification of reptiles and amphibians
b) lab practices teaching anatomy of reptiles and amphibians
Supervisor of successfully defended MSc thesis at Department of Genetics and Microbiology. Co-supervisor of a PhD, two MSc and two BSc theses successfully defended at the Department of Ecology, Charles University
Popularization – I worked in Prague Zoo as a guide undertaking educational programs for children and adults. I give regular presentations for reptile breeders and appeared as a plenary speaker at science fair.
